Multilevel Cooperative Work At Competitive
You wonder I mean, competitive and cooperative with regard to network marketing, here I give some differences of concepts to enlighten you to where I'm going.
Competitive vs. CooperativoLo competitive in simple terms is to do something in better shape than others and get some credit for it, being a cooperative is to participate in together to get the credit for what we want to achieve.
Speaking in commercial terms, competitive negotiation means that each negotiating party is seeking more advantages over its counterpart, ie each trading for their own interests trying to give as little as possible.
Cooperative bargaining, however, is that thinking is a common benefit, looking for a more superior, without sacrificing options for each negotiating party.
This negotiation is based primarily on cooperation between the parties, in order to obtain a third common benefit.
MLM or network marketing CooperativoEl network marketing, is in itself a purely cooperative activity, because all its members are linked to obtain a common benefit, indirectly help each other to meet their goals, we know that working in equipment is an important pillar for growth in this activity and that the share and double the MLM techniques and methods which we participate, help you get better results.
Particularly I think network marketing businesses are an example of cooperative work that competitive, the group is united by a common good, to achieve its goals, which also includes support to others because everyone knows that the duplication mutual support are two important points for success.
For network marketing, competitiveness is a function of membership, but not the development of the activity from the standpoint of the team, ie the cooperative work will be between the members of your group, and directly competitive your ability to do things the best way to highlight within the business to which you belong.
As Robert Kiyosaki said in an interview that he did: The magic of network marketing is that we have many "E" (employees) working for us, and in turn each have as many "E" working for them, and all within a cooperative scheme.
Both competitive and cooperative being are important and complementary, do not be fooled into thinking that one is better than the other, nor is what I meant in this article, simply trying to illustrate my point of view the differences as Network marketing is geared to a more cooperative.
Consider developing both aspects in your MLM business in this way will contribute to your group and your own entrepreneurial development.
Success in your projects,
Anthony
