Bathrooms, Bathing and baths

Only Congosto Bridge City Hall apparently has what it takes to people to bathe in the municipality. Not much, however, which are required today to the people of Salamanca for the staff to take a public bath in nature. Just a few neighbors are willing to take the plunge, there is a sort of beach where it accessible, a sign that says so, and you have made the relevant water safety analysis. There is the mother of lamb, at the cost of such analysis. They're not expensive, but with an economic crisis that municipalities will soon be unable to pay the sewer or street lights, who dares get in over trifles?

Foresight, less than two years the Board removed the requirement to have a first aid kit and a lifeguard. Someone should make a calculation of probabilities and concluded that the savings was worth the risk of having died from time to time. And, I'm sorry, but people are dying on the beaches. And in the pools. Therefore, the requirement for lifeguards. For this reason, and the natural tendency to recklessness of our species, in which there are always individuals that a red flag, rather than deter them, encourages them to go offshore. Our beaches, maritime and river are getting better and better quality services. But more and more victims. The same is true in climbing, extreme sports and other activities conducive to excess. So much so that has had to set stricter regulations for practices and a protocol on who is to pay the costly bailout of the reckless. And of course, budget scarcity reduces the number of lifeguards and hourly coverage surveillance. So, I understand the wisdom of the municipalities in our province, which neighbors prefer to shower at home to get into a mess.

And is that the oven is not muffin.
