If you have been diagnosed by a competent physician that you are going through a depressive episode, you must first analyze the feelings you have towards yourself, if you have a poor concept of yourself, you think you are worth nothing, that nobody takes account, you're ugly, unpleasant, no friends and so on.
You must be clear that your self-esteem is very low and that greatly influences your depression because it directly affects your social relationships because it prevents help and support to family and friends as you do not believe in yourself you feel unable to get both your personal goals and labor. Low self-esteem prevents you from accepting yourself and live life fully.
